Looking forward to where the Lord leads on this blog. I pray that it challenges the way we look at our sin.


How often do we substitute moral purity with ceremonial cleansing such as asking for forgiveness/ repentance but never turn from those sins (actual repentance). Christianity has gotten in this mindset, and we do it too often. We willingly sin against God but what we fail to realize is our knowing of our intentional sinning is sin. So my repentance is sin. I have read in the Old Testament where God says that He turns His ear from the prayers of the Israelites because of their continuous sin. Now if the God of the Old Testament and New Testament are the same, and they are then why wouldn’t God do this today with our prayers? This sin now and repent later attitude is for the birds.
