Exodus 33:13, “Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.” v15. ” And he (Moses) said unto Him, If thy Presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.” v18. “And he (Moses) said, I beseech thee, shew me thy Glory.”

The only thing that Moses wants is God. To know that God is with him, to know God more intimately. He tells God I won’t go without you. It’s not about us, our glory, or our achievements; it’s all about God. “He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.” ~Micah 6:8
